HOW TO CANCEL A PRIVATE LESSON
This guide is for those who need help canceling a private lesson. If you are already familiar with how to cancel your lesson, please click this link to proceed to Pike13.
Canceling a lesson is easy and only takes a few moments! You may do it from any device with an internet connection (desktop, laptop, tablet, phone, etc).
You receive your make-up lesson pass on the same day your lesson was originally scheduled for, not on the day you cancel.
Make-up lesson passes are only given if you cancelled 24 hours or more prior to your original lesson time.

CANCELING A PRIVATE LESSON AT OMS
SIGN INTO PIKE13
If you are not already signed into octopusmusicschool.pike13.com, sign in with the email you provided when you registered.
SCROLL DOWN TO UPCOMING SCHEDULE
Select the lesson you wish to cancel.
CANCEL THE LESSON
Cancel the lesson. If the button says “Late Cancel”, it means that there are less than 24 hours before the lesson and you will not receive a make-up.
WAIT TO RECEIVE A MAKE-UP LESSON PASS
That’s it, you’re all done! The next day, our system will credit you with a make-up pass and notify you by email. Feel free to schedule your make-up at your convenience! *Please note, you will only be issued a make-up pass if the lesson you cancelled is in a month that has already been paid for. If not, the pass will be issued the day after that bill is paid.
